Job Title : Contents Restoration Project Manager

Location : Burbank, CA

Salary Range : $65,000 – $75,000 annually

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Employment Type : Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Contents Restoration Project Manager to join our team in Burbank. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and has a knack for organization and customer service. You’ll be the key point of contact for clients during the restoration process, ensuring their belongings are handled with care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage contents restoration projects from start to finish, including assessment, planning, execution, and completion.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate and supervise field crews during pack-out, cleaning, storage, and return of contents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Assist with sales efforts, including estimating jobs and presenting services to potential clients.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven customer service experience; ability to manage client expectations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Some sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
