Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ojai, CA, for a Director of Resident Care. The Director of Resident Care will oversee the daily operations of resident care, ensuring high-quality medical and personal care oversight. Responsibilities include managing care staff, developing and implementing care plans, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare regulations. The Director will also be responsible for conducting training programs for staff and addressing any critical care needs of residents.

Qualifications

• Nursing, Case Management, and Critical Care Medicine skills
• Experience in Training and Resident assessments
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Previous experience in senior living or healthcare management is a plus
