Associate Attorney

The Stowe Law Firm, LLC, located in Spencerport, NY, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our team. Our firm offers comprehensive legal services across various practice areas, including estate planning, real estate, business law, family law, criminal defense, and municipal law. As an Associate Attorney, you will play a crucial role in providing legal counsel and representation to our diverse client base.

• Responsibilities :
• Estate Planning and Probate :
• Assist clients in creating estate plans, including wills, trusts, and healthcare directives. Handle probate and administration matters, ensuring the efficient and accurate distribution of assets.
• Real Estate Transactions :
• Represent clients in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties. Review contracts, conduct title examinations, and facilitate smooth closings.
• Business Law :
• Provide legal advice to business clients on matters such as business formation, contract drafting, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Family Law :
• Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support cases. Provide compassionate and effective legal counsel during emotionally challenging times.
• Municipal Law :
• Work with local governments, including towns, villages, and zoning boards, on various legal matters, ensuring compliance with municipal regulations.
• Criminal Defense :
• Defend clients facing criminal charges, including misdemeanors and felonies. Conduct legal research, draft motions, and represent clients in court

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
