Cuirrently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team!

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities :

• Performs all required general apartment and facilities maintenance
• Troubleshoot, repair and perform general plumbing
• Responsible for the upkeep of the property's landscape, grounds, amenities etc., as well as ensuring the apartments are ready for move in's
• Conform to all safety rules and use all appropriate safety and personal protection equipment as required

Job Requirements :

This individual must be available to live on-site at one of our 15 Communities within the Milwaukee area; housing is provided.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 / hr.
