What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify client needs and recommend effective workforce solutions
- Conduct thoughtful outreach through warm and cold calls to generate leads
- Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service
- Represent Surge Staffing at trade shows and industry events
- Use our CRM system to stay organized and support a smooth client experience
