Ski's Truck & RV Sales is looking for a motivated RV Technician to join our service team and prepare campers / RVs for customer pickup.

Responsibilities :

• Effectively complete the testing of all camper components as indicated on the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) sheet and ensure they meet all QA / QC standards.
• Perform repairs, maintenance, winterizations, and warranty work on campers / RVs, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems as needed.
• Conduct diagnostic tests to identify any issues and determine the appropriate solutions.
• Effectively connect campers and show customers how all aspects of the RV / camper work upon purchase.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; assist with cleaning shop as needed.

Essential Job Skills :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in RV shop, maintenance repair, or a similar field is preferred.
• Knowledge of RV systems and components is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Please note that this job may require heavy lifting and / or the use of ladders and other tools / equipment at times.
• Requires valid driver's license and good work / attendance record.
