Job Title : Board-Certified Behavior Analyst or Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst

ABA Life Center expects our staff to :
Construct and implement a strong and consistent ABA programWork in alliance with behavior technicians and parents to develop meaningful and individualized programsProvide quality supervision and train staff through BST (e.g., training, modeling, rehearsing, and giving / receiving feedback)Be experienced at addressing challenging behaviors (e.g., aggression, elopement, self-injury, etc.)Responsibilities :
Supervising a team of behavior technicians implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction programsObserving and analyzing skill acquisition / behavior graphs to determine if program modifications are neededConducting a variety of assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.) to guide the direction and determine appropriate goals for clientsTraining parents on skill acquisition and behavior reduction programsCreating treatment plans and skill acquisition programs for clientsWriting thorough progress reports and reauthorization reportsRegularly monitoring staff and program implementation to ensure high levels of procedural integrityReviewing session notes created by staff to ensure they are comprehensive and in line with company standardsAn ideal candidate will have :

Masters Degree (or Bachelors Degree for BCaBA)BCBA or BCaBA Certification (required)Experience supervising RBTs or Behavior Technicians for 2+ years.Experience implementing ABA strategies for at least 4+ years.Experience working in the home and center setting (preferred)About ABA Life Center :
