Healthcare Recruiters International is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a single home care branch, delivering caregivers and delivering high-quality, compliant, and compassionate care for seniors in the home. Branch Operations Manager will manage staff performance, scheduling, client intake / assessments, and quality audits while partnering with senior leadership to hit growth and profitability goals.
Key Responsibilities for Branch Operations Manager :
- Oversee branch operations, staffing, and service delivery
- Coach / admin team leads (recruiting, retention, scheduling) and support caregivers
- Manage KPIs : revenue, billable hours, client growth / retention, costs
- Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation
- Handle client intake / assessments; resolve escalations with empathy
- Build referral relationships and align local marketing with branch capacity
- Smooth operations, timely responses, and accurate records
- 95%+ schedule accuracy; strong caregiver retention
- Compliance maintained; budget targets met (e.g., staff cost and OT control)
- High client and family satisfaction
Qualifications for Branch Operations Manager :
