We're looking for a Service Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers and colleagues alike. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and organizational skills who can manage service requests, coordinate schedules, and keep things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities :

• Answer incoming service calls and coordinate technician scheduling and dispatch.
• Enter service work orders and assist with billing preparation.
• Communicate with customers about service updates, costs, and account setup.
• Manage service supplier portals and support documentation for sub-contracts and change orders.
• Schedule third-party service work and maintain clear communication and records.
• Provide administrative support to the Director of Service, Service Managers, and Service Project Managers.
