IT financial Manager Overview

Department Scope

You'll support a dynamic IT organization that includes Customer Experience, Enterprise Architecture, IT Engineering, Information Security, Infrastructure & Operations, and Strategy & Management. The department's mission is clear : empower every employee to do their best work, every day.

Key ResponsibilitiesDepartment Financial Strategy

• Partner with executive leadership to define and execute financial goals for IT.
• Embed financial best practices into daily operations and long-term planning.
• Lead annual business planning and quarterly forecasting, translating initiatives into cost impacts.
• Monitor monthly performance and analyze Run vs. Transform spending using the TBM framework.
• Support strategic initiatives with ad hoc financial analysis and recommendations.
