Position Summary :

We’re seeking a versatile and experienced Plumber OR HVAC Technician to join our team. This dual-role position involves diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining plumbing systems and HVAC equipment in residential and commercial settings. You’ll be part of a tight-knit team that takes pride in delivering dependable service with expert craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities :

Plumbing :

  • Install, maintain, and repair pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems
  • Diagnose plumbing issues and perform repairs efficiently
  • Read and interpret blueprints, building codes, and specifications
  • Perform plumbing demos, rough-ins, and trim-outs for renovations or new construction

HVAC :

  • Install, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment (heat pumps, package units, minisplits, etc.)
  • Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
  • Handle refrigerant recovery and charging per EPA guidelines
  • Read wiring diagrams and install thermostats, disconnects, and controls

    • Requirements :

  • 3+ years plumbing OR HVAC experience
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and mechanical systems
  • EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required for HVAC work
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
