Seven Healthcare is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Nurse Director - Emergency Room for a full-time, permanent leadership opportunity in Fort Mill, South Carolina . This critical leadership role will oversee daily operations, clinical performance, and strategic planning for the Emergency Department, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes and team performance in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment offering $105,000 to $165,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

As the ER Nurse Director, you will :

  • Lead and manage the overall operations of the Emergency Department, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
  • Develop and implement departmental policies, workflows, and strategic goals
  • Oversee budget planning, staffing, and resource allocation
  • Mentor, coach, and evaluate nursing staff and clinical leaders
  • Collaborate with physicians, administration, and interdisciplinary teams to promote efficient patient flow and high-quality care
  • Analyze performance metrics and drive quality improvement initiatives
  • Support accreditation readiness and adherence to state / federal healthcare regulations

    • Qualifications

  • Active South Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license (or compact license)
  • BSN required; MSN or MBA preferred
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive nursing experience , including 2+ years in ED leadership
  • Strong understanding of emergency nursing standards, compliance, and patient care protocols
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
