Senior Business Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Business Manager - Industry Solutions Business Performance.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with leadership to develop and execute the rhythm of business (RoB) and strategic plans

Design and manage budgets in collaboration with the leadership team, overseeing day-to-day OPEX budget management

Support the leader in aligning team activities with objectives and addressing team culture issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 6+ years of experience in financial management, business planning, or related roles

Experience leading complex programs and projects

Master's Degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of experience preferred

Proven experience in business, program, and strategy leadership

Functional knowledge of internal financial systems and tools
