Responsibilities

• A successful Assistant F&B Manager has a strong knowledge of menus, products used, and taste within the first week of employment.
• Assistant F&B Managers are expected to assist in the training of all front of house employees.
• Assistant F&B Managers should expect to work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure proper food quality, quantity, and presentation.
• Assistant F&B Managers should be able to oversee the entire restaurant operation in the absence of the F&B Manager.
• Ability to assist in maintaining an efficient scheduling program to ensure a high standard of service with use of minimum man-hours.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to promote positive interactions with guests through sincere greeting and communications.
