THIS POSITION REPORTS TO : Dietary Director

OBJECTIVE :

JOB SUMMARY :

Servers will provide dining room services, assist in room tray service and Resident seating. Servers will maintain cleanliness and set-up of the dining room.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Work under the direction of the Dietary Director.
• Serving of meals to our Residents.
• Wait, clean, and reset tables.
• Clean up after all meals, including busing tables, washing off all tables, and re-setting for next meal.
• Maintain salad bar, server prep area, dish room area (when washing dishes), and beverage areas.
• Report Residents who miss meals.
• Employees shall maintain and complete all items as indicated on the kitchen procedure checklist.
• Perform all duties as directed by the Cook.
• Wash dishes as part of the rotation.
• Will assist in putting away Sysco order.
• Will assist in deep cleaning of kitchen / dining room as directed by supervisor and / or cook.
