What You’ll Be Doing :

Leading the shift crew like a boss – keeping things fun, efficient, and on-point.

Training new staff members, coaching teammates and helping them level up.

Making sure safety, cleanliness, and customer vibes are all top-tier .

On occasion, opening and closing the park.

Jumping in wherever needed – from solving problems to pumping up the crew .

Setting the standard for punctuality, attendance, and attitude .

Having a customer first mind-set that you instill within the team.

What We’re Looking For :

At least  18 years old .

Minimum six (6) months of retail and / or hospitality experience (leadership experience is a plus)

Experience in a supervisory or management level role is required

CPR / First Aid Certified (preferred)

A  positive, can-do attitude —big smiles encouraged!

Ability to work in a  fast-paced, high-energy environment .

A natural people person who loves  talking to guests and making their day better .

Availability to work evenings and weekends (because that’s when the fun happens!).
