  • Job Summary :

    • We are seeking a friendly and professional Concierge to join our team on a part-time basis, primarily during weekends. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for assisting guests with inquiries, providing information and recommendations, and ensuring a pleasant stay.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and engaging demeanor.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Offer personalized recommendations for local dining, entertainment, and attractions.
  • Assist guests with arranging transportation, reservations, and other services as requested.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local area information.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns with a calm and professional approach.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
  • Qualifications :
  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and reservation software.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
