DÜBÖR USA , an internationally renowned specialist in baking release agents and spraying equipment since 1961, is seeking a driven and knowledgeable Manufacturers Sales Representative (Commercial Baking Industry) to manage sales and service across the US and Canada. This role requires an energetic, technical expert who can leverage their background in sales and the commercial baking industry to cultivate new business, negotiate contracts, and provide technical solutions to bakeries of all sizes.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate, manage, and close sales by supplying bakeries with our specialized release agents and spraying equipment.
Conduct on-site product demonstrations and technical consultations to diagnose client needs and identify best-fit products.
Educate prospects and clients on the technical aspects and value proposition of our products through professional, clear communication.
Negotiate contracts, generate quotations, and quantify the value DÜBÖR brings to the customer.
Promote the DÜBÖR brand through social media and implement creative marketing and sales strategies to strengthen market presence.
Provide relentless, customer-centric support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of verifiable Sales experience is required.
Proven ability to meet goals, excel in a competitive environment, and work effectively both independently and with a team.
Strong technical aptitude to successfully sell industrial products and find solutions through creative problem-solving.
Highly organized and self-driven for maximum efficiency and success.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% across the US and Canada.
Preferred Qualifications & Education
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related Technical field.
Experience in bakery manufacturing, automation, or food manufacturing is highly preferred.
Previous experience in a technical role within the food or baking industry.

Job Type : Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Compensation : Market competitive salary with Bonus and Commission eligibility . Uncapped commission potential.
