Summary :

Worker from an agency - Temporary.

This position will be a Temp to Hire position out in Shreveport, LA

Responsibilities of the Temp Shop Helper include, but are not limited to :

General shop duties
General shop cleanliness
Assisting the Machinists
Setting up and preparing the machines
Keeping machines loaded with materials
Moving parts around
Maintenance and upkeep of the shop
Using Forklift and overhead crane
Sweeping and mopping
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Temporary Shop Helper include, but are not limited to :

2+ years of shop experience

Mechanical aptitude

Ability to read tape measures and levels

Experience using a Forklift

Must be a self-starter with the ability to be trained

Must work as a team player

Additional Information :

Physical Demand : Lifting up to 50lbs

Working Conditions : Shop environment

Training / Certifications : N / A

Shift Time / Overtime : Day Shift / Night Shift, must be able to work OT as necessary.

Travel : N / A

Education : HS Diploma or GED
