Legal Project Management Specialist (or Senior) (Dallas)

This hybrid position is perfect for candidates with 2+ years of budgeting and data visualization experience who are ready to make an impact in a structured, innovation-driven environment

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement client matter budgets using internal tools
• Track and report on budget progress, scope changes, and financial alerts
• Collaborate with attorneys and client value teams to align budgets with expectations
• Create custom budget reports for client portals and internal dashboards
• Support post-project reviews and recommend process improvements
• Contribute to best practices and automation of legal project workflows

Additional Information :

Compensation : $80K$90K (Specialist), $95K$110K (Senior), plus annual performance-based bonus

Schedule : 37.5-hour work week, 9 : 00 AM5 : 30 PM

Work Environment : Hybrid (3 days in-office), business professional culture

Team Structure : Reports to Legal Project Manager; works alongside Innovation Manager
