We're seeking a Facilities And Reliability Engineering Manager to lead a team of Facilities Engineers to support site operations, improving safety, overall site performance, meeting legal and contractual requirements and goals of the business while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional products to our soldiers. This will be accomplished through site infrastructure projects, continuous improvement activity, mechanical integrity programs, proactive and predictive maintenance activity, maintenance support, and generally good engineering applications. This position is a key member of the Facilities Leadership Team and reports to the Facilities Director. The Facilities Engineering team consists of 9-10 engineers of various disciplines and experience levels. Additional hires up to four positions are possible and are intended to accelerate Mechanical Integrity and Continuous Improvement activity. The role is expected to maintain compliance and drive productivity and cost savings across the Maintenance and Facilities footprint. The Facilities And Reliability Engineering Manager will also oversee development and staffing needs for the department, keeping the team ready to respond to the needs of the business and facility. He or she will regularly interact with local US Army Civilian Staff as part of the Government Owned, Contractor Operator (GOCO) Facility arrangement.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills :

• Engineering degree aligned to core site disciplines - Mechanical, Electrical, etc.
• 8+ years of facility or engineering support
• Experience in capital and / or project execution and support
• Comfortable disseminating and presenting technical and site relevant topics to leadership
• Deep continuous improvement experience via 6Sigma, Lean, or related methodologies
• Proven change agent, capable of garnering support and driving results
• Self-aware and participative leadership style, engaging all levels of the organization
• Ready to engage in field support supporting maintenance and craft shops

Pay Information :

Full-Time Salary Range : $118504 - $201457 Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
