Crescent Paper Tube is currently recruiting candidates for a motivated first shift material handler with the desire to learn our business.

This position requires the individual to be CPT Forklift Operator certified and physically fit to permit individuals to get up and down from the forklift up to 100 times in a shift as well as constant motion between the up and down activity. There are also lifting requirements of materials weighing up to 60 pounds.

Qualities Required :

Shelf- Driven - working from a list of tasks, this position works on their own to accomplish daily requirements.

Dependability - meeting customers, requirements this position to strive for 100% punctual attendance.

Organization - material handlers are responsible for maintaining clean, neat and properly staged materials at all times.

Communication - coherent verbal and written communication between shifts are a must.

Detail oriented - CPT operates mistake free. To ensure 100% accurate shipments, must be capable of reading, comprehending and following all instruction of shipping paperwork and production orders.

Safety awareness - all employees are trained in all aspects of safety and are expected to abide by all safety rules and work in a safe manner.
