Lab Clerk (CSR)

Pride Health is hiring a Lab Clerk (Customer Service Representative) to support our client’s medical facility based in New Hyde Park, NY 11042. This is a 3 months assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Name : Customer service representative / Lab clerk

Location : New Hyde Park, NY 11042

Duration : 3 months Contract (Possibilities of extension)

Payrate : $15 - 16 / hr. on w2 / Pay Rate is based on experience and educational qualifications.

Schedule : 10am to 6pm Monday – Friday some Saturdays.

Job Responsibilities :

• Resolving customer issues and complaints\
• Providing accurate information and support services.
• Processing orders.
• Maintaining detailed records of all interactions.
