Operations Coordinator for Wind

A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator (Wind).

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate wind operations, ensuring a professional experience for pilots and customers

Lead the recruitment and training of new pilots through the online training program

Prepare for pilot site arrivals and address any operational issues to maintain high service standards

Required Qualifications

Project management skills

Familiarity with tools such as Google Suite, Slack, Coda, and Asana

Understanding of the wind industry and related equipment

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Fluency in English; proficiency in Turkish is a plus
