Insurance Career Opportunities

We are seeking talented individuals to fill insurance professional roles in our organization.

This position offers a comprehensive six-month training program, including all training materials, hands-on training, e-learning modules, and instructor-led guidance.

After completing the training, you will have the opportunity to work independently and provide exceptional customer service to our members.

Your Key Responsibilities :

Facilitate member experiences by handling phone calls, emails, or other contacts from members.

Apply knowledge of personal lines insurance to assist members with quotes, binding new business, rating, policy, billing, payment, underwriting, contract, and coverage provisions.

Identify member needs to provide complete and accurate advice and solutions for insurance products and services.

Maintain engaging member interactions across multiple channels.

Your Qualifications :

Up to 1 year of needs-based sales and / or customer service experience in insurance, financial services, or relevant direct customer service.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Ability to provide exceptional customer service and communicate clearly and professionally by phone and email.

Ability to prioritize and multi-task, navigating multiple business applications.
