Sales Representative - Full-Time

Just out of school or early in your career? This role is built for you. Were not looking for polished corporate salespeople with 10+ years of experience we want hungry, competitive self-starters with something to prove. If you have 12 years of sales experience (or even none at all) and youre eager to learn, well give you the training, coaching, and real estate playbook to build a six-figure career.

Compensation :

$36,000 base + commission (OTE $72,000, top performers earn $90k+)

Responsibilities :

• Attack the phones every day make calls, send texts, and push conversations forward
• Jump on inbound leads fast and turn them into real appointments
• Keep your pipeline tight : update notes in the CRM so nothing slips through
• Follow up like crazy most deals are won in the follow-up, not the first call
• Show up for coaching calls ready to learn, role-play, and sharpen your sales game
• Bring energy, compete with your teammates, and do what it takes to hit your numbers
