Quality Control Inspector Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)

Accurately maintain quality attribute records, daily and year to date averages

Daily collecting, reviewing, and filing of Q.A. data

Maintain inventories and fill out purchase requisitions for all lab materials and supplies

Accurately research Q.A. data in helping prepare reports

Aseptic collection and processing of certain samples for bacterial analysis

Maintain and provide written records of bacteria check results to supervisors and Q.A. supervisor, this includes notification of supervisor when corporate standards are exceeded

Advise Q.A. Manager or on inventory levels of bacteria lab supplies and media

Maintain a file of all lab reports, be able to accurately key in information, generate reports and distribute to appropriate individuals

Perform special projects assigned

Always maintain a neat and clean work area and exhibit good personal hygiene

Quality Control Inspector Shift Info

Night Shift, 07 : 00 pm to 07 : 00 am

Rotating Schedule - Every other week you have Friday Saturday Sunday off

Quality Control Inspector Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

Must possess excellent communication skills, carry out instructions in written and oral form

Ability to read and write English

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals

Must be able to use a computer for data entry, report generation and research

Able to pass a background check

Able to work in the US.
