Location : Morton Plant Hospital, Clearwater, FL

Status : Fulltime, Exempt

Hours : 8am-430pm

The Manager Lab Regional :

• Supervises the staff, oversees the contracted employees, and assures compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Has direct responsibility for the testing within the department.
• They are supported with respect to processing and client relationships by the facility managers.
• Oversees the contractual relationships with the laboratory vendors.
• Works in conjunction with the facility managers and the Director of Central Laboratory Services to assure proper turnaround times and accurate reports.
• Assist the Facility Managers with duties associated with team resources, quality reporting, infectious disease reporting, education, marketing and processing expense and billing information to the appropriate departments.
• Implements and maintains the appropriate databases for this information.
• Assists with budgets and quality reports.
