Company seeking a full-time entry level foreclosure representative. Must work well independently and have excellent organizational skills. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits program. Experience is welcomed, but not required. Researches, investigates facts and prepares documents to assist lawyer by performing the following duties :
- Assist with file setup
- Request fee approval from clients
- Update firm and client systems
- Respond to specific client requests
- Prepare periodic reports for managers, attorneys and clients, as needed
- Serve as a liaison between associated departments
- Assist with the preparation of training materials and departmental manuals
- Other duties as required by the department

Required Experience and Skills :
Four-year bachelor’s degree, preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change and multi-taskPossesses a great work ethic and is detail orientedAbility to think analytically and solve an issue quicklyProficient in using a computer and all MS Office productsMust be a team-player willing to work well with othersExperience using BKFS, CaseAware, SSE, Tempo, Vendorscape, is preferred but not requiredUnderstanding of mortgage default law is a bonusAbout the firm :
