Job Summary

The CNC Programmer plays a critical role in supporting Metalforms’ mission to deliver high-quality, value-driven products and services. This position is responsible for the skilled fabrication and assembly of piping, heat exchanger, and pressure vessel components using both manual and CNC machining equipment. The CNC Programmer ensures precision and quality in all machining operations, contributing to the reliability and performance of Metalforms’ products.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Operate manual and CNC machinery to perform hole making, boring, and turning operations.
• Interpret engineering drawings and geometric dimensions to verify part measurements and tolerances.
• Use precision instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges to ensure quality standards.
• Follow established machining procedures and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure products meet specifications.
• Train and mentor team members on machining processes and safety practices.
• Maintain flexibility to work alternate shifts as needed.
