Healthcare Data Analyst

A company is looking for a Real World Data (RWD) Healthcare Analyst to provide insights through data analysis in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document data and reporting requirements

Extract, manipulate, and analyze large-scale healthcare datasets using SQL and other tools

Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to support strategic planning and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field

3+ years of experience in Business Analytics or Business Intelligence roles

3+ years of experience working with healthcare data, including claims and pharmacy data

Proficiency in SQL and experience with Databricks and Snowflake environments

Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools like Tableau or Thoughtspot
