Insurance Client Services LHH Recruitment is working with a insurance company who is is seeking a professional and personable Client Services Representative to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in insurance or customer service who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The IDEAL candidate will have their P&C license or have the ability to obtain it within 4 months of employment. This role is Monday-Friday 7am-4pm, fully onsite.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Assist clients with policy inquiries, billing questions, and coverage changes
• Process endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and services
• Collaborate with account managers and underwriters to resolve client issues
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Pay Details : $45,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
