Role Objective :
The Sales Advisor will drive business development in both retail and wholesale channels. This includes managing direct relationships with UHNW clients, corporations, and family offices, as well as developing partnerships with brokers, charter operators, and resellers. The role requires a results-driven aviation sales professional who can navigate both client-facing and back to back environments, positioning Fly Alliance as a leading provider in the UAE and MENA region.
Essential Job Tasks :
Business Development : Proactively identify and pursue new retail charter clients across the UAE and MENA region, with a focus on UHNWIs, corporate executives, and high-profile individuals.
Client Relationship Management : Cultivate long-term relationships by providing personalized service, anticipating client needs, and offering solutions that exceed expectations.
Sales Execution : Prepare and present competitive charter quotes, negotiate rates and terms, and close sales deals while maximizing profitability.
Market Awareness : Maintain a strong understanding of regional aviation trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to ensure Fly Alliance remains the preferred choice for retail charter clients.
Client Journey Management : Act as the single point of contact for retail clients, ensuring smooth coordination from initial inquiry to post-flight follow-up, delivering a seamless end-to-end experience.
Brand Representation : Represent Fly Alliance at luxury events, trade shows, and high-profile gatherings to expand our presence among UHNW and corporate audiences.
Collaboration : Work closely with internal departments (operations, flight support, and customer service) to ensure flawless trip execution aligned with client expectations.
