Customer Senior Analyst (CSA)

A Customer Senior Analyst (CSA) is responsible for performing revenue and demand analysis, building data-driven insights, and supporting strategic decision-making through forecasting and stakeholder collaboration. The role combines analytical, forecasting, and coordination responsibilities to ensure alignment between customer demand, business objectives, and operational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Storytelling :

  • Analyze large datasets using tools such as Power BI and Excel to extract insights and trends.
  • Create data visualizations and narratives that explain business performance to internal and external stakeholders

Revenue Analysis :

  • Conduct detailed revenue and performance analysis to identify gaps, explain variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Forecasting & Planning :

  • Gather and consolidate demand signals from customers and internal teams.
  • Prepare and submit revenue forecasts (Plan of Record POR) using tools such as SAP IBP and Forecast Analysis Engine (FAE).
  • Analyze historical data, pipeline trends, and business context to develop accurate forecasts.
  • Demand & Supply Alignment :

  • Collaborate with Customer Business Analysts (CBAs) to validate supply feasibility and adjust forecasts accordingly.
  • Coordinate with operations managers and internal teams to resolve supply issues and ensure smooth order management.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration :

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align business goals and ensure timely communication of key insights.
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership and client stakeholders in a clear, structured manner.
  • Job Qualifications

    Required :

  • English Proficiency : C1
  • High School Diploma
  • Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, dashboards)
  • Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
  • Proven experience in data analysis, forecasting, or business analytics
  • Strong communication and storytelling abilities to explain data insights
  • Stakeholder management experience and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Preferred :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Experience using SAP IBP or other forecasting and planning tools
  • Background in revenue management, sales operations, or financial analysis
  • Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
