• 14-hour night shifts and possible 24-hour in-house shifts minimum 5 shifts monthly
• Pediatric inpatient service and newborn nursery coverage no deliveries
• Dedicated call room provided for physicians
• Medical Response Team and Code Blue response duties
• Required procedures include lumbar punctures and circumcisions
• Emergency department consults with PICU backup available
• Level I nursery rounds, admissions, and discharges
• Ongoing coverage opportunity
