Felner Corporation is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing work orders, performing general building and apartment maintenance, and assisting the Maintenance Manager in keeping all properties safe, functional, and well-maintained.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and able to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.

This position offers competitive pay ranging from $23–$27 per hour, based on experience, along with medical, dental, and PTO benefits.

Compensation : $23 - $27 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Handle and complete maintenance tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
• Perform a wide range of repairs, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, ceiling tile replacement, and lighting.
• Turn vacant apartments, with emphasis on painting, repairs, and deep cleaning.
• Complete preventative maintenance throughout the property portfolio.
• Conduct daily property walks and promptly report issues to the Maintenance Manager.
• Maintain building systems, equipment, and overall property functionality.
• Respond to emergency and after-hours maintenance calls as needed.
