Firearms Sales Associate
The purpose of a Firearms Sales Associate is to provide exceptional customer service and expertise in firearms and related accessories. Your in-depth knowledge of firearms regulations, safety practices, and product features will contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities include :
- Greeting customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Engaging customers to understand their specific needs
- Providing expert guidance and product recommendations
- Ensuring compliance with firearms laws and regulations
- Assisting customers in selecting ammunition and accessories
- Maintaining an organized firearms display
- Processing transactions accurately
- Staying updated on firearm trends
- Addressing customer concerns promptly
- Establishing long-term relationships with customers
- Demonstrating product features and benefits
- Utilizing sales techniques to maximize revenue
- Promoting store loyalty programs
- Contributing to visual merchandising efforts
- Participating in cross-training
- Engaging in learning initiatives
- Providing internal and external support
- Demonstrating Rural King values
- Performing other duties as assigned
