Determine each customer’s vehicle needs and wants by asking questions and listening.

Responsibilities Include :

• Answer customers inbound calls a timely, friendly manner.
• Identifying the client's needs and scheduling appointments.
• Placing outbound phone calls to potential leads ex : open recalls, etc.
• Contacting customers prior to their appointment date to confirm appointment.
• Follow up their visit to ensure they were satisfied with their visit.
• On occasion email or mail marketing letters to potential leads, ex : haven't been in for service in over a year, etc.
• Ensuring all clients concerns and questions are answered prior to their appointment date such as cost, warranty questions, appointment duration,etc.
