Position Overview :

The ideal candidate will provide one-on-one assistance to students with diverse learning needs, helping them to excel academically and develop essential skills. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives while working in a supportive and flexible environment. Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement personalized therapy sessions for students.
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and the team to design tailored intervention plans.
- Continuously monitor and document students' progress, adjusting therapy strategies as needed.
- Offer guidance and support to teachers and parents on promoting development.
- Utilize platforms effectively to deliver interactive and impactful therapy sessions.
Required Clearances :
Master's degree in Occupational TherapistValid PA state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist.Prior experience working with school-aged students.Strong understanding of therapy platforms and technology.Exceptional communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues.Ability to create individualized therapy plans that cater to each student's communication needs.Compassionate and patient demeanor for fostering a comfortable therapy environment.PA Child Abuse(Must)PA State Criminal Check(Must)PA EDU FBI Fingerprinting(Must)PA Mandated Reporter(Must)TB Test One Step(Must)
