job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPaid occurrence based malpractice Clinical base hourly pay range for this position : $55.20-63.65 hr. This is a hourly position. Master’s degree or higher in nursing or physician assistant studies from an accredited program Current Illinois license as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) Minimum of two years of experience as an APP in primary care or a related field is preferred Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems

JOB SPECIFICS
- Busy primary care practice seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to serve our well-established practice.
- Practice model includes a combination of APP’s and physicians with two providers staffing each location daily.
- Clinic hours are Mon-Friday, 8am – 5pm
- Excellent work / life balance with no call
