FSA Capital Planning Actuary

A company is looking for a Capital Planning Actuary.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead semi-annual calculation and analysis of Economic Solvency Ratio (ESR) and Japan Insurance Capital Standard (J-ICS)

Partner with Accounting for annual Japan Aggregation Method (J-AM) calculations and analysis

Manage and mentor a team of actuarial students, supporting their professional development

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, or a related field

Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) required

8+ years of experience in the life insurance industry preferred

Experience with capital planning, financial modeling, or strategic finance is a plus
