Job Summary

Responsible for facilitating proficient operation of a hospital communication system. Does this position require patient care? No. Essential functions include performing various clerical duties, operating computer equipment, handling calls, demonstrating familiarity with code-emergency situations, acting as central control for mobile pagers, responding to alarm systems, issuing keys, compiling on-call information, and resolving basic discrepancies.

Qualifications

Education : High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No. Licenses and Credentials : Experience in customer service or call-center preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Good inter-personal and phone skills, commitment to demonstrate consistent outstanding customer service, confident to quickly assess situations and make reasonable judgement decisions, must be able to prioritize rationally.
