As an industrial engineer, you will play an integral role in the strategic planning and execution work required to provide Navy clients with big‑picture ideas rooted in technical and data‑driven solutions that will help propel them into the future and ensure military and maritime dominance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses on supply chains of critical weapon systems to provide recommendations for optimization.
• Analyze manufacturing processes using tools and develop actionable recommendations for process improvements to optimize throughput.
• Collaborate directly with suppliers and the U.S. Navy to implement changes, monitor progress, and identify risks to production schedules and quality.
• Support cross‑functional teams performing similar work and mentor junior employees.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders worldwide to improve communication and workflow.

Compensation

The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
