We're looking for a data-driven
Marketplace Content Optimization Lead
to own PDP excellence across
Amazon, Walmart, and Target . This role will optimize titles, imagery, copy, and enhanced content to improve discoverability, conversion, and overall marketplace growth. You'll set content standards, lead A / B testing, and partner cross-functionally with Creative, Merchandising, and Retail Media to drive measurable performance gains.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce content playbooks and "retail-ready" PDP standards across Amazon, Walmart, and Target.
- Manage A+ Content creation and parent / child variation strategy to improve CVR and visibility.
- Run keyword research, competitive analysis, and structured A / B tests to inform best practices.
- Collaborate with Creative to produce high-performing imagery, infographics, and video.
- Build dashboards linking content metrics to media performance (ROAS, TACOS, CVR).
- Ensure compliance with retailer policies, reducing defects and suppressions.
Qualifications
3-5+ years in marketplace content optimization (Amazon required; Walmart / Target preferred).Proven record improving organic rank and CVR across large catalogs.Skilled with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk, and Amazon Brand Analytics.Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Bonus Points
Experience with PIM / DAM systems, basic image editing, or international marketplaces.
