Cheer Home Care is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and compassionate Receptionist to work in the Cheer office to help triage calls. A medical assistant or certified nurse assistant is preferred to be able to assist and transfer clients and caregivers based on the situation to the right representative at our fast-growing Cheer office. This role combines administrative coordination, client-facing support, and schedule assistance. He / she will work closely with our office team and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate would have caregiving or aide experience, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage details in a busy environment.
