• Active RN license (Nebraska or compact state)\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med / Surg nursing experience\n
• Current BLS certification\n
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends\n
• Strong clinical assessment, patient care, and communication skills\nMed / Surg RN Responsibilities\n
• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients in the Medical-Surgical unit\n
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress\n
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans\n
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and discharge instructions\n
