What You’ll Be Doing :

• Set up and operate CNC lathes following blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Edit and troubleshoot G-code programs (Fanuc, Haas controls, etc.)
• Select proper tooling and work-holding devices for each job
• Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Listen for irregular machine sounds and adjust as needed to maintain accuracy
• Maintain tooling and perform routine machine upkeep
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Accurately document production and inspection records
• Collaborate with teammates and assist training when needed

Work Environment :

You’ll work in an industrial machine shop setting with exposure to metal chips, oils, and moderate noise. PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, and proper footwear) is required.
