- 12 : 00am - 11 : 59pm
- Fleet Manager will work a minimum of five 8-hour shifts Monday - Friday
- This person will need to work a mix of morning and evening shifts to support operational coverage.
- As the Fleet Manager, the person must be able to work outside these times depending on business needs.
Operational Scope
Manage all aspects of vehicle readiness, safety, and performanceMaintain vehicle maintenance schedules, inspections, and recordsCoordinate service appointments and repairs with approved vendorsEnsure fleet cleanliness, fueling, and preventive maintenance complianceTrack fleet performance and assist Site Manager with vehicle-related reportingSupport operational planning to align vechicle availability with service needsMinimum Requirements
Over the age of 21 years oldA High School Diploma or equivalent is requiredEligible to work for any U.S. employerPossesses a valid, in-state, active driver's license (No temporary licenses or permits accepted.)2-3 years of experience in fleet, logistics, or vehicle operations managementBasic mechanical understanding and ability to assess vehicle condition and safetyComfortable with driving a variety of large vehiclesAbout You

As the Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance, readiness, and compliance of our fleet. You will work closely with the Site Manager to ensure every vehicle meets operational and safety standards.
You'll coordinate vendor maintenance, monitor preventive service schedules, and maintain detailed vehicle records that align with Onsight Healthcare's operational and safety goals. Your role directly supports the efficiency, reliability, and overall guest experience of the site's vehicle services.

Over the age of 21 years oldA High School Diploma or equivalent is requiredEligible to work for any U.S. employer2-3 years of fleet management, transportation, or logistics experienceHave possessed a clean driving record for the past 5 yearsPossesses a valid, in-state active driver's license (Permits and temporary licenses not accepted)Ability to pass all onboarding screening processesWork a flexible, full-time schedule that includes days, evenings, as neededAdequately operate apps / technology on a tablet and learn new software used for daily tasksAbility to build positive working relationships with site staff, vendors, and internal teamsCommunicate clearly and effectively with leadership and vendorsPrioritize multiple maintenance tasks in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work in a standing or sitting position for hours at a time in an outdoor environmentThis role may require continuous driving or vehicle inspections throughout the entire shift and engagement in an outdoor environment that at times, may include exposure to harsh elementsPhysical involvement may include walking, standing, pushing, and pulling of equipment, lifting up to 50 lbs, all while maintaining professionalism and attention to safetyJob Responsibilities

Manage daily fleet operations to ensure all vehicles are safe, clean, and in proper working orderCoordinate vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs with approved vendorsMaintain accurate and up-to-date vehicle maintenance logs and inspection recordsPerform regular fleet checks to identify and report mechanical or safety issuesSchedule preventive maintenance services and ensure timely completionMonitor fuel usage, mileage, and vehicle condition to ensure cost efficiency and complianceSupport the Site Manager in maintaining fleet-related operational reportsMaintain proper documentation of accidents, incidents, and service requestsEnsure all vehicles meet federal, state, and facility safety standardsAssist with vehicle assignments and key control systemsTrack inventory of fuel cards, keys, and safety equipmentCoordinate cleaning schedules and ensure presentation standards are metServe as the liaison between Onsight Healthcare and maintenance vendorsCollaborate with Site Manager and facilities staff to ensure readiness for events or increased demandReport major issues, delays, or safety concerns immediately to the Site ManagerOther duties as assignedFacility Requirements
