We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Office Manager to join our high-energy, fast-paced sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that our team remains efficient and effective in meeting their sales targets. This role requires a tech-savvy individual who can leverage technology to improve business processes, as well as a seasoned marketer who can drive our brand's visibility and enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of social media platforms and be proficient in Excel. An exceptional level of organization is key to managing the diverse responsibilities of this role.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the daily operations of the real estate office, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Implement innovative strategies to improve office productivity and team performance.
• Use technology to streamline operations, enhance communication, and improve customer service.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market presence.
• Manage and optimize the use of social media platforms to engage customers, promote properties, and generate leads.
• Use Excel to track sales data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure that all office activities comply with real estate laws and regulations.
• Coordinate and manage office staff and agents, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
