A company is looking for a Knowledge Content Analyst to support high-quality client and member experiences throughout the client relationship lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Develop subject matter expertise in content focus areas such as clients, vendors, and benefits configuration
Support the development of relationships with clients and internal stakeholders while ensuring high-quality service delivery
Triage and resolve client tickets in a timely manner, providing regular status updates and feedback on internal tools
Required Qualifications
Equivalent of a bachelor's degree and / or 3-5+ years of progressive experience in a related industry
Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including benefit content and processing
Experience in healthcare content management with the ability to simplify complex information
Familiarity with Quality Assurance processes and content management tools
Strong technical aptitude and ability to adapt to new tools as necessary
